As soon as you have a date. Weekends in particular fill up fast, especially over spring and summer — we’ve had dates booked out more than a year ahead. If your date is close, still get in touch; we sometimes have last-minute availability.
The Gelato & Coffee Trailer is our compact setup — handmade gelato and barista coffee, best for weddings and private parties. The Full Trailer adds wood-fired pizza alongside gelato and coffee, and is better suited to festivals and larger public events. See the What We Offer page for a full comparison.
Yes. Our gelato range includes gluten-free and vegan options, clearly marked on the menu. Let us know about any specific allergies or dietary needs when you enquire and we’ll talk you through what’s suitable.
We don’t publish a fixed price list — every event is different. Your quote depends on guest count, hours of service and how far we’re travelling to your venue. Send us your event details through the booking form and we’ll come back with a clear, no-obligation quote.
A reasonably level, accessible pitch for the trailer, and space for us to set up and serve safely. If you’re at a private venue, let us know about any access restrictions (narrow gates, gravel, steps) when you book so we can plan around them.
We operate rain or shine — our trailers are weatherproof and built for outdoor service. In the rare case of genuinely unsafe weather, we’ll talk through options with you directly rather than leaving you without a plan. See our Booking Terms for the full policy.
A deposit secures your booking once we’ve agreed a quote, with the remaining balance due before the event. Full details are on our Booking Terms page.
We’re based in Cumbria and cover weddings, markets and private events across the county and into the surrounding areas. If you’re just outside, ask anyway — we do travel further for the right event.
